How to Wire Bulbs for the "Twinkling" Effect
When using the Scintillator for "twinkling" bulbs, you will need a minimum of 4 circuits for this effect. More circuits are even better.
When wiring the bulb circuits, you MUST wire up the bulbs randomly. If you wire the bulb circuits with any type of repeated order, you will not get the twinkling effect, and in fact it will show a “direction” of the animation. That’s why it is critical that you randomly wire to take out any symmetrical look.
