West Coast Custom Designs, LLC has made every attempt to provide accurate information contained in our website. In the unlikely event we have erred in our presentation, we reserve the right to correct any error at any time. If you spot an error, we appreciate your feedback so it can be corrected. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Warranty

West Coast Custom Designs, LLC warrants each product as stated in each item description. Some items may say "sold-as-is" or "no-warranty" such as items in our Outlet Zone. Some items only come with the manufacturer's warranty in which only the manufacturer has the knowledge and expertise to determine whether an item is covered under warranty. The term "limited warranty" will always include a voided warranty for items that are modified, abused or not used as intended. For example, modifying a power cord in any way will void a warranty. In an unlikely warranty situation, it is the Customer's responsibility to return the item in question freight-prepaid. The returned item will be considered for warranty coverage. If the item is found to be under warranty, West Coast Custom Designs LLC will, at our sole option, repair, replace or refund the item. All electronic items are non-returnable. All custom manufactured items are non-returnable. Neon transformers and power supplies are warranted for neon use only; using one for anything other than its intended purpose of powering neon glass voids the warranty.
