Good to know
When calculating the length, always add 1ft. for each pair of electrodes.
Warranty
Warranty: Limited Two (2) Year. In the unlikely event of a warranty issue, said unit must be returned by the Customer, freight prepaid, to either CPI Advanced or WCCD, LLC for warranty consideration. Modifying the unit in any way will void the warranty. This includes, but not limited to, cutting the power cord, removing the label, opening the unit, bending or breaking the grounding pin on the power cord.
Warranty covers neon use only. Using a neon transformer for anything other than its intended purpose of powering neon glass voids the warranty.
