Used to insulate the high-voltage connection made on Glass or Porcelain Housings.

  • Get's it's name because of it's resemblance to an igloo shape.

  • Also known as Housing Eskimo Caps.

  • Simple push-on installation.

  • Provides effective insulation for a GTO connection to a neon housing.

  • Fits any 8/32" housing stud.

  • UL and CSA listed.

  • Note: Glass housing must have Listed cap when used in a Wet Location. Igloo style cap must be used if the correct 1 1/2" spacing in the enclosure cannot be maintained.

ISSUE: Many older signs feature housing mounting holes that do not match today's housing's dimensions.
SOLUTION: Using our all-new Housing Collar will allow you to mount a smaller glass housing into a larger mounting hole by extending the housing mounting lip diameter.
  • Galvanized for outdoor use, but can be used indoors as well.
  • Small stamped-in ridge strengthens the collar while allowing for a super thin thickness. 
  • Each housing will require two (2) collars. One on the front side, and one on the rear side.
  • UL Listed.
