THE PROBLEM:   Over time, many older signs with glass or porcelain housings experience corrosion of the metal ferrule retaining nut. Once rusted, these nuts can no longer securely hold the housing in place, posing both safety and maintenance concerns.

THE SOLUTION:   Our Universal Push-On Washer is designed as a simple, effective replacement for #200 glass and porcelain housing ferrules. Simply press the washer onto the housing—its specially engineered teeth grip the threads securely, locking it in place without the need for traditional fastening method.

ISSUE: Many older signs feature housing mounting holes that do not match today's housing's dimensions.
SOLUTION: Using our all-new Housing Collar bridges the gap and will allow you to mount a smaller glass housing into a larger mounting hole by extending the housing mounting lip diameter.
  • Galvanized for outdoor use, but can be used indoors as well.
  • Small stamped-in ridge strengthens the collar while allowing for a super thin thickness. 
  • Each housing will require two (2) collars. One on the front side, and one on the rear side.
  • UL Listed.
